Brand & Content Strategy Director

We are aiming to disrupt the global retail shopping experience through various consumer touch points. We are a FinTech company sitting in the intersection between blockchain, social media, payments and retail. We are a fast­moving company that has experienced rapid growth. Over the past year our team has grown from 5 members to over 45 and we are operating internationally. We are about to launch our US consumer cash back app.

As Brand & Content Director, you will inspire and lead our creative and content team to curate and produce the compelling and impactful assets that communicate our brand story. You will be the steward of Fluz Fluz’s visual and verbal identity, with your unique aesthetic, commitment to excellence and ability to deliver permeating every aspect of our marketing – website design, advertising, events, content, research report, social media posts, blogs, videos, presentations and more. You will play an essential role in the conception and execution of all marketing materials, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and channels to drive awareness, sales, engagement and loyalty. You will partner with our content creators and collaborate with senior leaders to understand our goals, customers and our brand mission to ensure consistent execution of our visual brand.

Responsibilities

• Steward the visual and verbal brand to ensure the Fluz Fluz brand is articulated and differentiated across marketing initiatives and assets
• Lead, manage, and develop the creative and content team to produce impactful assets that help us rise above the noise
• Drive the visual brand strategy by continuing to evolve our assets as the company grows and new products come to market
• Develop and communicate comprehensive brand standards to ensure our visual and verbal identify is deployed consistently across the organization, managing updates as they occur
• Ensure all assets are consistent and on­-brand (style, tone of voice) and optimized for search, social and across all channels (i.e., mobile, video, email etc.)
• Lead the process to brainstorm, create and transform ideas into stories for all types of marketing materials including: emails, landing pages, sales collateral, digital advertising,newsletters, video, social posts and event materials.
• Drive the editorial and production calendar to align with campaign strategies, local market needs and deliver a consistent drumbeat of compelling stories and assets.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, Campaign owners and other internal stakeholders to tell the brand story to our customer segments
• Collaborate closely Field Marketing and Product Marketing to deliver creative assets
for campaign, programs, content, events and materials
• Continually innovate, identifying new and more enticing ways to tell and share the Fluz Fluz story; and evolve the visual and verbal brand
• Build a center of excellence for the creation and production of high quality assets, setting standards copy guide standards, proofreading and other quality controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of content marketing, design or copy writing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of copy writing and/or art direction experience at an agency or marketing department
• Proven leadership to conceptual thinking, creatively and innovation; ability to influence others
• A story­teller by nature and motivated by disrupting the norm through creative and content
• Passionate about collaboration and have experience working with B2B marketing, product marketing, website, mobile apps and social media
• Ability to operate in a fast moving environment and present/sell in your work well
• Experience marketing to marketers/agencies
• Proven ability to guide and drive an end­-to-­end brand experience
• Ability to operate in a fast moving environment and present/sell in your work well
